Every Aksharr Ghar product is made to order, just for you. We take great pride in the quality of everything we create and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.


damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately — either with a replacement or a full refund. No return necessary.

To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at ugcwithanniepatel@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.


wrong item received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


returns & exchanges

Because every product is printed and made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personalisation or customisation errors made by the customer
  • Items that have been used or written in

We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please reach out and we will be happy to help.


order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order will have entered production and cancellations will no longer be possible.

To cancel, please email ugcwithanniepatel@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.


lost or undelivered orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the item is still missing, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve it for you.

Please note — we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
