Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods (holidays, new launches), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Print-on-Demand Orders
Many Aksharr Ghar products — including our heirloom journals — are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners (Printful/Bookvault). These items are printed and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, which means:
- Processing times may be slightly longer than standard stock items
- Your order may arrive in a separate package if it contains both print-on-demand and stocked items
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their country. Aksharr Ghar is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ugcwithanniepatel@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Aksharr Ghar is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
